Overview: These programs are designed to provide the most contact, support and accountability as you determine and prioritize your health goals, develop a step-by-step action plan to meet these goals and create “baby steps” to follow the plan and get maximum results in the minimum time.

Both programs also include membership to a State-of-the-Art 24/7 Virtual Coaching Office (VCO) at the Health Coaching U website where you have your own secure, personal Web page where you will receive a Health Tip of the Day, email communications with me, your coach, and have access to a wealth of articles and resources including multimedia items to get you on track and forward your success.

Program #1: Health Coaching Gold (The Jump-Start)

   This program is for those who:

  • Are just starting out on their journey to health and wellness

  • Are new to health coaching

  • Have tried other methods to reach their health goals and failed

Program #2: Health Coaching Silver (The Next Level)

   This program is for those who:

  • Are already on their journey to health and wellness and have made some progress but

  • Have reached a plateau in their efforts

  • Find that they need more support in order to take their progress to the next level

VIRTUAL COACHING OFFICE (VCO) ONLY PROGRAM

Overview: This program provides the least amount of coaching intervention but provides membership to a State-of-the Art 24/7 Virtual Coaching Office (VCO) at the Health Coaching U website where you have your own secure, personal Web page where you will receive a Health Tip of the Day, email communications with me, your coach, and have access to a wealth of articles and resources including multimedia items to get you on track and forward your success.

Program #3: Health Coaching Bronze (The Home Stretch)

  This program is for those who:

  • Are very self-motivated

  • Are actively involved in proactive health measures

  • Feel the need to have the extra motivation provided by being actively engaged in tracking their health goals and progress via the Virtual Coaching Office (VCO) with oversight by a Health Coach.
It meets the need to continue your self-efforts while having the added benefit of being able to objectively monitor your progress and have a Health Coach who will oversee your efforts, be an encourager to help you to stay on course with your health and wellness goals and provide accountability when “life” causes you to get off track.    More Details

Program #4: GROUP COACHING PROGRAM

Overview: This program may be just the ticket for those who are not familiar with coaching and who want to experience Health Coaching on an introductory level before making a one-on-one coaching commitment.  This program also offers a coaching experience at a lower price for those on a budget.

These sessions are FUN, INFORMATIVE and INTERACTIVE.

During Group Coaching we will:

  • Explore the main issues around the topic or problem at hand

  • Discuss strategies to overcome barriers or obstacles that get in the way of meeting your goals and solving the problem

  • Brainstorm solutions for problem solving

  • Develop individual action plans and a “baby step” to commit to in order to meet your goals and solve the problem over time

Some of the benefits are:

  • You will have the opportunity to have a coaching experience at a fraction of the cost of 1:1 coaching.

  • You will experience the synergy and interaction of the group in a way that’s fun and informative.

  • You will have the benefit of the combined intelligence and experience of the group.

  • For virtual group sessions by phone, distance is not a problem so members can be located anywhere and you can come as you are.
